Navbar - Copy this React, Tailwind Component to your project

I would like you to generate a navabr and at the bottom border of the navbar i would like you to create a waterfall animation which moves from the bottom of the navbar to the downward. and most imortantly water should to have a 3d effect and water should be like a real water.
