Create a simple and intuitive web platform for managing worker safety documentation. The site should allow safety managers to upload documents such as ID cards, certifications, fitness attestations, and other relevant worker information. Key Features: Document Upload: A section where users can easily upload PDF, image, or text files related to each worker. It should be possible to associate documents with each worker’s name, surname, and tax code. Document Management: A system that categorizes the uploaded documents (e.g., ID card, certifications, fitness attestations). The interface should allow users to view, edit, or delete uploaded documents. Expiration Monitoring: An AI-based module that automatically analyzes the uploaded documents, extracts expiration dates from certifications and attestations, and generates charts and tables with the following information: List of certifications nearing expiration. List of workers with expired or invalid certifications. List of workers currently fit for their roles. Expiration Notifications: A system that sends automatic notifications (via email or within the platform) to safety managers when a certification is about to expire or has already expired. User Interface: The interface should be clean and modern, with interactive charts and tables that display data related to worker certification expiration and fitness. Search and Filter: There should be the ability to search and filter workers based on their fitness, certifications held, or upcoming expiration dates.
