All are welcome. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. We include all ages, genders, races, and backgrounds. Inform us of any injuries or health issues—we're here to help. When? We offer a variety of classes throughout the week—mornings, middays, evenings, and weekends. From Gentle Hatha to Yoga Spa, there's something for everyone. Check our online schedule to find a time that suits you. About Us Welcome, we’re glad you’re here. Yoga at the Quay is inspired by Laura’s mission to make traditional yoga accessible for everyone. Teaching for over a decade, she watched the yoga movement grow in popularity but diminish its values in the repackaging for consumer markets. This dissection of a holistic practice didn’t fit, so we created a space to return to the roots of living Yoga.
